Terms and Conditions were written in order to explain our clients our rules and their rights during the reservation of Kiev apartments.
The credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the guest`s arrival. Only the cost for the FIRST NIGHT of the apartment, you have chosen, will be charged from your credit card.
If the reservation is canceled up to 7 days before your arrival date to Kiev (there will be no manipulation fee). In the case of your No-Showing (not arriving at the Kiev apartment or Kiev hotel) or cancellation less than seven days prior to the arrival date, the QualityKievApartments agency will charge from your credit card the price of the first night of accommodation in Kiev apartment.
For big groups and "peak season`s" reservations (for example Easter, New Year`s Eve etc), the mentioned cancellation and payment conditions can be changed: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing form by email before the confirmation of guest's reservation.
All prices in our website are given in USD.
The payment for Kiev flat or Kiev hotel could be realized in EUR if requested by the accommodation facility. In this case the rate will be converted according to the actual exchange rates quoted by the Ukrainian National Bank.
Be sure that we will provide you best Kiev apartment or hotel to your request, that can be found in the Kiev rent market.
