Humidity: 53%In July of the current year, in comparison with June, the quantity of transactions for rent apartments of inhabited real estate in Kiev has increased by 6,5 % and has made 376 (353 in June). During the same time, in comparison with the similar period of 2009, the quantity of transactions for Kiev rent has increased by 18,6 % (317 transactions in July, 2009). «QualityKievApartments» informs referring to given press-services.
According to general director of "QualityKievApartments", in July of 73 % of all transactions for rental it has been concluded in a segment to 1 thousand dollars a month. The percent of transactions in a 1-2 thousand dollars range has made 15,5 %, in a 2-3 thousand dollars range – 4,2 %, in a 3-5 thousand dollars range – 4,3 %. In a segment over 5 thousand dollars 2,9 % of transactions for rent have been concluded.
As has been noted, interest to objects in cost over 5 thousand dollars a month became one of features in the market of rent of Kiev real estate in July. «Private houses, office and trading premises, and also warehouse have got to this category», - has been informed.
