Results were made according to all Kiev real estate market in 2009 and the dynamics of Kiev hotels and Kiev apartments it is possible to make some conclusions. Our analytics think that the best was to invest is to invest in Kiev hotels, we made the parallel with Euro 2012, that will be in Kiev and noticed that our city is not totally prepared to have all that visitors that are expect to come to Kiev. Our industry is quite good, we have hotels, including Hayat Kiev, Radisson Kiev, Inter Continental Kiev but still we are not ready, as we have to take into the account the fact that there will be a great amount of people of middle class who won’t have the possibility to stay in Kiev Hayat, for example. So the idea is that we have to have more hotels for a middle - class visitors, but it is not so easy as the real estate market is not in the top now but prices are still great. Another thing is Kiev apartments but it is really another topic to speak about. Till this year, if to speak about 2009, a lot of was made but still we can make more. Several small hotels were built in the Kiev river Dnipro. You will ask why...it is too simle, if to build a hotel in the river you should pay for earth and it is a fact that earth is very expensive in Kiev. Several small hotels were buit out of Kiev in the distance 10-15 km from the capital - Kiev.
