Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations
A reservation of the tour may be cancelled with the permission of the QualityKievApartments agency. Cancellations informed between 3 and 12 hours prior to time of the begining of the tour mean that a 10$ cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellations informed between 3 and 1 hours prior to the tour will incur 25% of the tour price. Cancellations not informed up to 1 hour prior to time of booking will incur 100% of the booking price.

8 - 30 days: 35% of tour price
1 - 7 days: 50% of tour price
Day of Departure: 100% of tour price
Accident or loss
QualityKievApartments has no liability for loss, damage, delay, any inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, in which case our liability is limited. We do not own or manage the trains from Kiev, ships, vehicles, Kiev accommodation(not including our services of Kiev hotels, Kiev apartments, Kiev transfers) and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators.
Price
Price of Kiev tours or tours to Ukraine is specifically stated on each page. We work with PrivatBank (possessing a general license from National Bank of Ukraine for conducting bank transactions). Only the cost of 100$ for the tour will be charged from your credit card. If the price of the tour is more than 100$ the rest of the price will be payed in cash by you in QualityKievApartments agency or directly to the guide.
